Election Date – November 4, 2008. Top Issues A true distinguishment between legal and illegal American citizens. No support of drivers license privileges or any other benefits for illegal aliens. Proof of citizenship or visa must be mandatory for all public services including education and non-life-threatening health benefits. Fight for the rights of the American workers and bitterly oppose any loopholes or negligent lack of oversight that would allow a legal American worker to lose his or her job to an undocumented worker. Ensure that N.Y. does not become a haven for illegal aliens. Harshly penalize employers for hiring illegal aliens and landlords for renting to illegal aliens. Debate the legitimacy of Islam as a protected religion. Push for Islam and the Quran to be officially debated in as many legislative bodies as possible to determine if Islam should be classified as a political movement as opposed to a protected religion. Allow ethnic profiling for the purpose of national security. Support law enforcement monitoring of all mosques, Islamic schools, and Islamic organizations that condone or glorify terrorism against American interests. Make English the official language of the state of New York. Promote the second amendment rights for all law abiding legal American citizens. Strictly oppose any extension of amnesty to illegal aliens. Remove corporate welfare and drastically limit social welfare. Allow for special funding to help legal immigrants learn English and American history with immersion programs.
